CARE Student Outreach Program Synopsis On this site, you'll find a one-page synopsis that describes the CARE Program. This synopsis, titled CARE Student Outreach Program Synopsis, also can serve as an explanatory attachment to a solicitation letter addressed to high school and college administrators, teachers, and guidance counselors. Next Step magazine Judge Ninfo also has written several articles on behalf of the CARE Program that have been published in Next Step magazine.Next Step and the CARE Program have formed a partnership to help students become more financially literate so that they will have the tools and knowledge to avoid overspending and abusing the consumer credit that is far too easy to obtain.
