Important!:
All documents requiring fees that are filed via CM/ECF must be paid electronically by the attorney.. The following credit cards are acceptable:
American Express,
Discover
Master Card
Diner's Club
Visa
Payments should be received on the date documents are submitted to the court. If fees are not received the CM/ECF system will automatically Lock you Out.
Electronic Payment Options:
Pay Now allows you to pay at the time of filing. Enter the appropriate information in the fields provided. If your credit card is not approved, the Bankruptcy Court will contact you with payment options.

Filing allows you to continue filing in CM/ECF and accumulate more
fees.
As of February 1, 2007, use of the Credit Card Security Code is mandatory with Pay.gov. For further information regarding Credit Card Security Codes, click here.
To Pay Filing Fees:
Log into CM/ECF with your ECF login and password (not PACER).
Click on Reports.
Click on Credit Card Payment (Outstanding).
Click on Pay Now..
Verify the Enter Payment Information screen for your pre-filled name and address, which was retrieved from your ECF login.
Select Card Type.
Enter Card Number.
Enter Security Code (see IMPORTANT note (IV)above)
Select Expiration Date.
Click "I authorized charge" box in the Payment Summary and Authorization screen.
.You may enter an email address if you would like a receipt emailed to you directly from the credit card processor - enter this information is optional. This email would be in addition to the electronic notification from ECF when your receipt is docketed.
Click Make Payment.
Important Note: Pressing this button more than once could result in multiple transactions.
