1. File the Reaffirmation Agreement (CSD 1229)
1. SelectBankruptcy menu.
2. SelectClaims & Miscellaneous Filings.
3. Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.
4. Select party filer.
• Party filer not listed, Add/Create New Party.
5. Select Document Event: Reaffirmation Agreement (CSD 1226) (BNC).
6. Browse, verify and attach the document (PDF file). 
• Attach supportive documents, if applicable.
7. Bypass box at Refer to existing event(s)?.
• Enter creditor's name.
8. Modify text to add pertinent information, such as Amended, if applicable.
9. Verify final docket text before submitting onto case docket.
10. Print the Notice of Electronic Filing. It's your receipt.

• Enter creditor's name.
8. Note: The next screens may or may not appear depending on the answers selected for each questions. Answer accordingly to  
• Is the Debtor Represented by Counsel as to THIS Agreement?
• Does presumption of undue hardship arises in this Reaffirmation (Part C - Certificate by Debtors Attorney)?
9. Modify text to add pertinent information, such as Amended, if applicable.
10. Verify final docket text before submitting onto case docket.
11. Print the Notice of Electronic Filing. It's your receipt.
