All CM/ECF users are required to register and complete training in order to file electronically in the Southern District of California Bankruptcy Court. Although only an attorney may receive a Full Access login, the attorney's staff is strongly encouraged to attend training. Limited Access logins are available to creditor representatives; you do not need to be an attorney.
Instructions
The amount of required training is based on the type of CM/ECF login you are requesting and whether you are already filing in another court's CM/ECF system. You may complete the training at your own pace.
- Choose Full Access Login or Limited Access Login from the table below to begin your training and choose one of the following:
- Select New to CM/ECF if you are not filing with CM/ECF in another court, or
- Select Already Filing with CM/ECF if you are currently filing via CM/ECF in another court.
