To file electronically in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court - Southern District of California, all CM/ECF users are required to register and complete training.

Because each bankruptcy court has different filing requirements, our CM/ECF training is focused on our court-specific filing requirements.

Our training is largely online, and you can complete it at your own pace.
