Working with PDFs Practice for Limited Access Logins

On your PC, open any existing Word or WordPerfect document.

From the Word or WordPerfect main menu, click on File, then select Print, or you can simultaneously press the <CTRL> + letter P keys.

In the Print window, select Adobe PDF or Adobe PDF Writer (as applicable) in the printer Name field.

In the Print window, click on the Print button (in WordPerfect) or on the OK button (in Word).

In the Save PDF File As window, specify in the Save in field a computer drive and folder in which you will save the newly created PDF document.

In the File name field, review the file name of your PDF document. If you are renaming the file, type the new name.

Click on the Save button to save the PDF file in the specified drive and location.

View the resulting PDF document in Adobe Acrobat to ensure that it was successfully printed (converted).
