1. Finding the Local Rules The Court's Local Rules set forth the requirements and procedures for filing documents at the Court both electronically and over the counter. Because adherence to these Local Rules is important, you should know how to find the Local Rules so that you can review them and become familiar with their contents. The most recent version of the Local Rules always can be found on the Court's Web site. Because the rules are in PDF format, they open and can be viewed in Adobe Acrobat. Let's find the Local Rules on the Court's Web site, then take a look to see what they contain. Instructions A representation of the Court's Home Web page appears at the right.
