5. Saving Court Forms The Save As window appears. It is on this screen that you specify where on your computer the form will be saved. At the right, the completed PDF will be saved in the C: drive. Next, you must specify the document's file name. It is here that the file name can be changed. The file name should indicate the document's contents. At the right, the file name is CSD 1547.pdf After the name is specified, you then click on the Save button. You will save the forms in a similar manner whenever you complete fillable PDF court forms that you file/attach to the case docket on CM/ECF. If you attend our classroom training, you'll learn how to attach the completed and saved PDF documents to your CM/ECF filings. Congratulations! You've finished the Local Rules & Court Forms lesson. Next, complete the Local Rules & Court Forms practice exercise. (The practice you get with the exercise can be helpful when you begin working on the CM/ECF test.)
