In this practice you will read specific Administrative Procedures pertaining to electronic filing. Local Rules & Court Forms Practice for Full Access Logins 1 Click on this hyperlink to access the Court Forms. The Court Forms page opens. Click on the Individual Forms hyperlink at the top of the Court Forms page. 2 Using the Search function (<CTRL> key + letter F key), type 1800 to locate Form CSD 1800 - Administrative Procedures for Filing, Signing, and Verifying Pleadings and Papers by Electronic Means and then open the PDF version. 3 Read the entire contents of CSD 1800, as some of this lesson’s quiz questions will pertain to these procedures for filing by electronic means. Close the CSD 1800 form. 4 Back on the Individual Forms page: Locate the form Objection to Chapter 13 Plan (CSD 1172) and then open the PDF version. Complete the form on your computer by typing the applicable information in the fillable areas. (For this exercise only, just the header information and signature are needed.) For identification purposes, use your name for the creditor’s name on the documents. Remember the signature “ /s/ name of signor”. Save the completed Objection to Chapter 13 Plan (CSD 1172) to a folder location on your computer. 5 On the Individual Forms page: Locate Notice of Hearing to the Objection to Confirmation of Chapter 13 Plan (CSD 1173) and then open the PDF version. Complete the form on your computer by typing the applicable information in the fillable areas. (For this exercise only, just the header information and signature are needed.) For identification purposes, use your name for the creditor’s name on the documents. Remember the signature “ /s/ name of signor”. Save the completed Notice of Hearing to the Objection to Confirmation of Chapter 13 Plan (CSD 1173) to a folder location on your computer. 6 Prepare a Declaration in Support of Objection to Chapter 13 Plan as a pleading. (For this exercise only, just the title and signature are needed.) Remember the signature “ /s/ name of signor”. Convert to a PDF. Save the completed Declaration in Support of Objection to Chapter 13 Plan to a folder location on your computer.
