The Jacob Weinberger United States Courthouse

is located at 325 West F Street, on the southwest corner of F and Union Streets in downtown San Diego. The four-story Jacob Weinberger United States Courthouse is home to our four bankruptcy judges and the Clerk's Office. Built in 1913, the Weinberger U.S. Courthouse is a National Historic site and contains renovated courtrooms and office spaces.

The courthouse is in close proximity to downtown San Diego's shopping, hotel, restaurant, and entertainment districts. In fact, the courthouse is two blocks directly west of the Horton Plaza Shopping Center.

Because of our downtown location, parking is often difficult. You may be able to find available parking streetside on the streets surrounding the courthouse.

The meters near the courthouse have a two-hour time limit, and “meter feeding” to remain parked beyond the time limit is prohibited. However, the parking meters on G Street west of State Street have a four-hour time limit; see the map below. The City of San Diego charges charges $1.25 per hour at streetside parking meters.

Parking is available in various, nearby private parking lots. Prices vary according to the lot, and can be extremely expensive.
