Filing Cases Online using CM/ECF Registered ECF Users: Log in As a registered user of the court's Case Management/Electronic Case Files (CM/ECF) system, you can initiate new cases or file pleadings in existing cases from your office. Participation requires certain computer hardware and software and completion of the CM/ECF training program, which is provided by the Clerk's Office to attorneys' offices at no cost. Complete instructions for using ECF are available in the CM/ECF Attorney / Trustee Online Manual. The manual also includes the latest updates to the case-opening procedures.
