Local Rule 2002-4. NOTICING PROCEDURE; MAILING LISTS

(a) SERVICE OF MOTION AND NOTICE. The moving party shall serve a copy of the moving papers, if required by Local Bankruptcy Rule 9013 or 9014, and the form of notice required by Local Bankruptcy Rule 2002-2 or 2002-3 on the debtor, the debtor's attorney of record, any trustee and/or committee and their attorney, all creditors, and parties requesting special notice. A copy of any required moving papers and all notices shall also be mailed to:

(b) SERVICE OF NOTICE. The person responsible for giving notice
under Local Bankruptcy Rule 2002-1 shall mail a copy of the notice required by Local Bankruptcy Rule 2002-2 or 2002-3 without the moving papers to all creditors and indenture trustees and, if applicable, equity security creditors whose names and addresses appear in the case records. In a chapter 11 case, a copy of the notice shall also be mailed to:

When listing an indebtedness to the United States for other than taxes and when giving notice, as required by Fed. R. Bankr. P. 2002(j)(4), the debtor shall list and notice BOTH the United States Attorney for this district and the federal agency or other federal component through which the debtor became indebted. The address of the notice to the United States Attorney shall include, in parenthesis, the name of the federal agency or other component.

(d) MAILING LIST. To facilitate giving the notices required by this rule, upon advance request of not less than seven (7) business days and payment of the requisite cost, the clerk shall furnish a mailing list, provided the clerk has the information readily available to produce such a list.
