Follow the below instructions to upload this order successfully.
 

1. Select Bankruptcy menu.
2. Select Order Upload.
3. Select Single Order Upload.
4. Enter case number.
5. Enter related document number for the appropriate Chapter 13 Plan.
   • Click here if you do not know related document number.  

     • Click on Submit.

     • Select plan category to locate related document.

     • Select appropriate document (docket text).

      

6. Select Order Type:  Chapter 13 Plan Confirmation Order.
7. Enter Hearing date and time, if applicable.
8. Browse, verify and attach the Order (PDF file).
9. VERIFY for correct PDF attachment by clicking on the hyperlink on the page (e.g. 00-00.pdf).
10. Print the Notice of Electronic Filing. It's your receipt.
