  1. Select Bankruptcy menu.
  2. Select Notices & Hearings.
  3. Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.
  4. Select party filer.
  5. Select Document Event:  Intended Action & Opportunity for Hearing (Notice) (CSD 1180)[28+3 day opp].
  6. Browse, verify and attach the document (PDF file).
  7. Bypass box at Refer to existing event(s).
  8. Select the Intended Action:
    • Use, sell or lease the property not in the ordinary course of business
    • Abandon the property
    • Compromise or settle controversy
    • Seek allowance of compensation or remuneration to debtor
    • Other
  9. Enter service date.
  10. Verify Request for Hearing and Opposition due date if served other than electronically or by mail (28 days from service date.)
  11. Verify Request for Hearing and Opposition due date if served electronically or by mail (31 days from service date, as calculated by Fed. R. Bankr. P. 9006(f).
  12. Modify text to add pertinent information, such as Amended, if applicable.
  13. Verify final docket text before submitting onto case docket.
  14. Print the Notice of Electronic Filing. It's your receipt.

    Note: The order for the Compromise or settle controversy intended action must be uploaded into the related Adversary Case.  For the Related document number, entered 1 "Complaint docket entry."
