The Send Docs to Trustee allows the filer to submit documents for review to the assigned case trustee.  This function has a browse field to attach a single PDF file, which should include one of the cover sheets, located in the upper left-hand corner of the procedure, and its supportive documentation.  

When the document is submitted, it will automatically route itself to the case trustee. These documents are not filed onto the case docket but are submitted to the case trustee's office for review.  If you have questions regarding your documents contact the Trustee

Route the above or other documentation to the case trustee. 

  1. Select Bankruptcy.
  2. Select Send Docs to Trustee.
  3. Enter appropriate case number(s).
  4. Browse, verify and attach the applicable document (PDF file) for each case.
    • Submit
  5. Print the Notice of Electronic Filing. It's your receipt.

Quick Note

Create a single PDF file to include the cover sheet and additional documentation needed for review.  To insert additional documentation (PDF pages) to the cover sheet, see Insert PDF Pages to Existing PDF File .
