Maintain Your ECF Account

This function allows you to update your ECF attorney account information. For debtor's attorneys, changing the information such as your address will appear on the case docket of your debtor's bankruptcy case. 

When changing the address, firm association, telephone number or e-mail address, you may either:

  • Complete the Attorney Change of  Information form (CSD 1546) and file the form either electronically or at the Bankruptcy Court. or

  • Update the attorney's information online by following the below procedure.

  1. Log into CM/ECF using your ECF login and password.
  2. Click Utilities.
  3. Click Maintain Your ECF Account.
  4. Update appropriate fields for current attorney information
  5. Click Submit.
  6. Click ***Update All*** to update all cases listed
    • To update specific cases, highlight cases to be updated.
    • Click Next.

To change, add or delete E-mail addresses, access the Maintain Your ECF E-Mail procedure.
