The Court has reviewed the comments received following the publication of General Order 173-B and has made the following determination:

The Court adopts a revised Chapter 13 Plan (CSD 1300) and revised Chapter 13 Rights and Responsibilities documents for consumer and business cases based on the comments received and these revisions will be effective on December 1, 2017. The effective date of this General Order and the forms is December 1, 2017.
