ECF will be unavailable beginning at 9 p.m. on Friday 2/19 until 5 p.m. Sunday 2/21 for the NextGen conversion.

The Next Generation CM/ECF (NextGen) system will launch in the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of California on February 22.  Detailed information on the process and the Next Generation CM/ECF Program can be found on the court’s NextGen Web page at http://www.casb.uscourts.gov/html/cmecf/nextgen.html.
