Telephonic Appearances for Judge Latham

As a rule, the Court expects personal appearances by counsel and litigants at hearings unless there is a substantial reason to appear telephonically.

From October 1, 2023, all telephonic appearances will be via Microsoft Teams. The Court’s former AT&T party line will not be available after that date.

Parties and counsel may request a telephonic appearance for good cause shown by contacting Judge Latham’s courtroom deputy clerk, Josie Rodriguez-Olivas, at (619) 557-6019 at least two business days before the scheduled hearing time. If granted, the Court will provide the requestor a unique Microsoft Teams link to enable the telephonic connection.
