Notice and opportunity for public comment having been given by the Court, General Order 194 has been filed and the effective date for the amended local bankruptcy rules (LBR) is February 1, 2020.  After consideration of the public comments received, slight revisions have been made to LBR 2002-3, LBR 3015-6 and CSD 1330.

Older versions remain available until February 1.
