The December 1, 2024 amendments to the Local Rules and Forms are now in effect. The new Local Bankruptcy Rules and Administrative Procedures are available HERE. The amended and new forms CSD 1027, CSD 1170, CSD 3057, CSD 3057A, and CSD 3058 have been updated on the website and are available HERE.

Additionally, the amendments below to the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure are now in effect. Accordingly, Official Form 410 and local forms CSD 1025, CSD 1489, CSD 1490, and CSD 2121 have been amended on the website and are available HERE. The abrogated Official Form 423 has been removed.

Please note that many of the amendments are stylistic. If you intend on quoting the Federal Rules, be sure to use the updated language.
