Local Rules
General Order 200 adopts Amendments to the Local Bankruptcy Rules, effective April 15, 2022, consisting of new rules 1007-7 and 7001.1-1.

1007-7. Required Form and Timing. A nongovernmental corporate debtor must file a corporate ownership statement at the time of the petition and as a separate docket item using Local Form CSD 1007-7.

RULE 7007.1. CORPORATE OWNERSHIP STATEMENT

7007.1-1. Required Form and Timing. In adversary proceedings, a nongovernmental corporate party other than the debtor must file a corporate ownership statement upon its first appearance in the case and as a separate docket item using Local Form CSD 1007-7.
