The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of California has gone dark and rescheduled hearings previously set for Wednesday, December 5, 2018 in observance of the National Day of Mourning to honor the memory of former President George Herbert Walker Bush. The Clerk's Office will be open, with reduced staffing, for emergency filings.
