First, CM/ECF will be unavailable from 6:00 a.m. Saturday, May 6 for approximately 36 hours while the system, its database, and peripherals are upgraded to the newest versions.  

Second, CM/ECF will be unavailable from 6:00 p.m. Friday, May 19 for up to 6 hours while the system is moved from its local hosting facility to a facility in Virginia.  This date and time is a change from the original announcement. This relocation may cause interactions with the system to take longer, but delays will be minimal – 1 to 3 seconds.  The CM/ECF system will remain hosted in Virginia for approximately 6 months while new hosting facilities in California are being prepared.
