CM/ECF Availability

CM/ECF will be unavailable from 6:00 p.m. Friday, May 19 for up to 6 hours while the CM/ECF System and its peripheral programs are moved from the local hosting facility to a facility in Virginia.  This date and time is a change from the original announcement. This relocation may cause interactions with the System to take longer, but delays will be minimal – 1 to 3 seconds.  The CM/ECF System will remain hosted in Virginia for approximately 6 months while new hosting facilities in California are being prepared.

If you see issues with the System once it is up, such as links that do not reach their intended destination, please let our IT Department know at info_casb@casb.uscourts.gov or 619-557-7415.

Pay.Gov Availability

Pay.Gov will be unavailable from 6:00 p.m. Saturday, May 20 for up to 4 hours while Treasury updates the system.

Posted Calendars Feedback

The posted calendars you currently see on the website are introductory versions from the new calendar program we are using.  We will be changing the format of the calendars themselves and possibly even the entire web page.  We would like your help in creating calendars that give the users the information they need in a format that makes sense to all.  Please give us feedback:

• Let us know what you don’t like about our calendars.
• Let us know what you would like to see in our calendar page.
• Let us know what you like or don’t like in other court calendar pages and calendars – and let us know what court it is so we can look at their site.

Local Forms Updates

Local Forms that contain names and physical addresses or email addresses of Chapter 13 trustees have been updated effective May 1, 2023.  Please ensure you are using the latest version of CSD Forms.
