General Order 173-D Effective December 1, 2020

The Court has signed General Order 173-D revising Chapter 13 Rights and Responsibilities and Guideline Fees.  The revisions are effective December 1, 2020.

 

Changes to Miscellaneous Fee Schedule Effective December 1, 2020

The Judicial Conference of the United States approved adjustments to the miscellaneous fee schedule for bankruptcy courts. These changes become effective December 1, 2020, as follows:
