The Court, having considered the implications of Harris v. Viegelahn, _____U.S.____, 135 S. Ct. 1829 (2015), modifies Bankruptcy General Order No. 175-D to delete paragraphs 7 and 8 pending further analysis by the Court. Further, LBR 3015-9 is amended to reflect the renumbering of this general order. The restated procedure for compliance with 11 U.S.C. § 1326(a)(1)(A), (B), and (C) is contained in General Order 175-E.
