Guidelines Regarding Payment Notices on Home Equity Lines of Credit - Comments due November 30.

Following the recommendation of the Local Bankruptcy Rules Advisory Committee, the court is adopting guidelines for payment changes on home-equity line of credit agreements.  These guidelines are contained in General Order 193 and the period for comment extends until November 30, 2019.

Except as set forth in further order of this Court, the effective date of this order shall be December 1, 2019. Comments concerning these amendments may be submitted by E-mail to LBRcomments@casb.uscourts.gov [please include the name, firm name (if any), E-mail address, and phone number of person submitting the comment] or by mail to the Clerk of Court at 325 West F Street, San Diego, California 92101-6991. Please note on the envelope “General Order 193”.
