David Skelton, Chapter 13 trustee, retired effective April 30, 2023.  We thank Mr. Skelton for his valued service over many years. His caseload has been assumed by Michael Koch (pronounced Cook) who was appointed as Chapter 13 trustee for the Southern District of California on May 1, 2023.  We look forward to working with Mr. Koch.

Also, Nima Ghazvini was appointed as alternate Chapter 13 trustee for the court and assigned 22 cases in April which were conflicts for Mr. Koch.  We appreciate Mr. Ghazvini’s willingness to serve.
