The court is pleased to announce the selection of Mark Schnakenberg as the next Clerk of Court for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of California. Mr. Schnakenberg will be succeeding Michael Williams as Clerk of Court, who retired on August 23, 2024. Mr. Schnakenberg officially assumed the responsibilities of Clerk of Court on August 26, 2024.
