• Section 104 of the Code provides for adjustments to certain amounts at thee-year intervals.  That adjustment will affect three CSD Local Forms – CSD2120, CSD2121, and CSD2122 – effective April 1, 2022, for cases filed on or after that date.  The revised forms will be posted to the court’s website on April 1, 2022.
• Revised dollar amounts in Official Forms 106C, 107, 122A-2, 122C-2, 201, 207, 410, Director’s Forms 2000 and 2830, and certain instructions, effective April 1, 2022.  See link to uscourts.gov below for details.
• Scheduled termination of CARES Act changes to Official Forms 101, 122A-1, 122B, 122C-1, and 201 effective March 28 unless extended by congress.  See link to uscourts.gov below for details.
