The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of California, having considered comments and suggestions provided by its Bankruptcy Advisory Board, gives notice of intended amendments to Local Bankruptcy Rules 2002-2(d); 2014-1(a) and (b); 6007-4; 7016-9(c); 7026-1; 7041-2; 9013-4(a)(17); 9013-9; 9014-1 (new); and 9014-2 (new).  Administrative procedures 3.1(b) and 3.1(c) will be revised to accommodate the Rules changes.  Click HERE for the proposed amendments.  They will be made effective December 1, 2021.

In addition, Form CSD 1810, Notice of Intended Action & Opportunity for Hearing, will be updated to conform with the proposed amended Local Bankruptcy Rules.
