The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of California, having considered comments and suggestions provided by its Local Rules Advisory Committee, proposes new Local Bankruptcy Rules 3015-9 and 3022-1; and amendments to: 2004-1; 3015-2; 4002-2; Appendix B; and Appendix D1.
