The Bankruptcy Court has adopted General Order 194-B to amend Local Bankruptcy Rule 3003-1 accommodate an inconsistency between the Local Bankruptcy Rule and the Bankruptcy Code regarding the bar date for filing government claims. Appendix D1, D2, D3, D4, D5, and D8 have been updated. In addition, the Court has revised Appendix B to conform to changes in the U.S. District Court’s Local Rules related to Professionalism (new 2.1)  and Discipline (New 2.2) and, with assistance from the Bankruptcy Court.  The Court thanks the members of the Advisory Board for their assistance in the redrafting of the Chapter 11 Guidelines.
