Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure
- Rule 3002.1 - Chapter 13 Claim Secured by a Security Interest in the Debtor’s Principal Residence
- Rule 8006 - Certifying a Direct Appeal to the Court of Appeals
Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
- Rule 16 - Pretrial Conferences; Scheduling; Management
- Rule 16.1 - Multidistrict Litigation
- Rule 26 - Duty to Disclose; General Provisions Governing Discovery
