Rights & Responsibilities of Debtors & Their Attorney

Local Bankruptcy Rule 1002-1(c) requires that any attorney representing a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 debtor must:

(1) comply with and meet the standards established by the then-applicable General Order governing rights and responsibilities of Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 debtors and their attorneys; and (2) file an executed Rights and Responsibilities Statement in the form required by the then-applicable General Order.”
