The Roman Catholic Bishop of San Diego (Diocese of San Diego)
Case #24-02202

On June 17, 2024, the Roman Catholic Bishop of San Diego filed a chapter 11 bankruptcy case with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of California at case #24-02202-CL11.  All claims in the Diocese case will be filed and reviewed through a Claims Agent, Donlin Recono, at https://www.donlinrecano.com/Clients/rcbsd/Index.  The Claims Agent will also make docket information, notices, hearings, orders, and noticing lists from the case available without charge at that same link. Docket information may also be obtained through the PACER network, for a fee, at htpps://pacer.uscourts.gov.  

Hearings

Evidentiary hearings will not be available remotely for anyone other than parties in the case.  Remote telephonic appearance for hearings will be facilitated by the Courtroom Deputy at 619-557-6019.
