The Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of California has implemented the Electronic Self-Representation on-line tool which is now available to pro se debtors who would like to file a Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition at the court.  Electronic Self-Representation (also known as “eSR”) is an on-line tool to help individuals complete a Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition when they have decided to file bankruptcy without an attorney.
